In accordance with the directives of Mr. President / Abdel Fattah El Sisi – President of the Republic – to implement a scientifically and practically integrated health system to serve citizens, and under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar – Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Major General / Hisham Amna – Governor of El Beheira – and Prof. Dr. Ebeed Saleh, Rector of Damanhour University, the activities of the fifth scientific conference entitled (Nursing Management from a Creative Perspective) has been launched at the Faculty of Nursing, Damanhour University.

Ebeed emphasized the importance of the Department of Nursing Management in the preparation and development of nursing leaders who are able to do administrative work in various disciplines and health sectors.  Ebeed explained that the conference aims to improve the quality of life of patients and provide care for them and their families.

 A video of the most important achievements and activities of the Department of Nursing Management was shown.

On the sidelines of the conference, the shield of the conference was handed over to the Rector of the University as well as the leaders of the university and members of the nursing sub-union in El Beheira.
